Best Christmas Pageant Ever

THEATRICAL DIRECTOR
200 actors. 3 casts. 45 performances. A decades-long holiday tradition reimagined from the ground up.

For the 27th year of its beloved annual Christmas tradition, Cape Fear Regional Theatre redesigned and expanded the production, ensuring the enduring legacy of a story that has introduced thousands of schoolchildren to the world of theatre.

The Horrible Herdmans have taken over the pageant, and Christmas will never be the same. Through comedic misinterpretations and moving revelations, the rag-tag siblings unwittingly help their community see the compassion and magic of the holidays anew.

The best version I’ve seen in all its 27 years.
— A Local Elementary School Teacher
Brandon has a unique energy and ability to develop talent. In a world often dominated by attention seekers, he is able to use his gifts to draw the creativity out of others, rather than making himself the center of attention. He does not need praise or acclimation to fuel his energy, but rather he thrives on the success of others. Brandon is able to multiply the talent around him and the result is nothing short of extraordinary.
